SALES MANAGER WANTED

Vi søker Sales Manager til vårt team og ser nå etter en kollega med salg i sitt DNA som er klar for å selge nye eventyr for våre to Clarion hoteller i Oslo sentrum. Vi er på jakt etter en sulten og operativ selger som trigges av å oppnå gode resultater. Vil du bli med på å skrive denne historien? 

Hva skal du gjøre?

Som Sales Manager på Clarion Hotel Oslo vil du jobbe med oppsøkende salg av kurs og konferanser. 

Du er en del av Clarion Hotel Oslo og rapporterer til Hotelldirektøren men rapporterer faglig til Sales director Oslo  du vil også inngå i et cluster salgsteam som sammen jobber for å oppnå hotellenes og avdelingens mål og du får salgsmål for et flertall hoteller, å jobber tett sammen med Director Of Sales samt Regional Sales Director for cluster sales teamet i Oslo.  

 

Dine arbeidsoppgaver er hovedsakelig innen:

  • Oppsøkende salg, bearbeiding mot nye kunder og utvikling av eksisterende kunder 
  • Møtebooking 
  • Drive eget budsjett og aktivitetsmål
  • Forhandlinger
  • Kontakt med byråer, eventselskaper, PCO og andre samarbeidspartnere 
  • Relasjonsbygging
  • Representere hotellet og vår kjede 100 % i salgsrelaterte sammenhenger og være vårt ansikt utad

Som Sales Manager selger du opplevelser til våre kunder og skal sette Clarion Hotel Oslo på kartet.
Vi søker deg som har erfaring med salg av kurs og konferanser, og kan vise til gode resultater.
Salg er en del av ditt DNA og du elsker å være ute hos kunder og er en skikkelig HUNTER.
Du har et brennende engasjement som selger og har god evne til å jobbe selvstendig. Du viser stor drivkraft i ditt arbeid og trigges av å oppnå gode resultater. Det er viktig at relasjonsbygging faller naturlig for deg  og at du har et godt kontaktnett.
Stillingen krever at du snakker og skriver godt norsk eller svensk og engelsk.
