At Kahoot, we’re looking for a Senior Sales Executive - Renewals to join our team. In this role, you’ll take charge of executing and managing renewals across EMEA and APAC for our Actimo and Motimate platforms. You’ll work closely with our Customer Success and Account Executive teams, driving renewal efforts while also identifying opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Create insights and overview of upcoming renewals in advance and work closely together with the Customer Success and Sales Teams to secure successful renewals
  • Prepare data and quotes on larger key deals in close collaboration with Sales Executives
  • Drive the renewal process for a portfolio of Actimo and Motimate customers within the Kahoot at -work Suite, ensuring timely and successful renewals of their subscriptions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for their renewal needs
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and negotiate renewal terms and pricing, while ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell additional Kahoot products or services to renewing customers
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to customer onboarding and ongoing support
  • Make sure renewals flows correctly into our core systems and clean up data to keep a high data hygiene 
  • Keep track of renewal metrics and provide regular reports to the Sales and Finance teams, helping to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Monthly forecasting and reporting on expected revenue and potential upsidesIdentify relevant stakeholders and build business cases that convince customers to keep investing in Kahoot solutions 
  • Utilize HubSpot (CRM) to manage and record all account activity, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date quotations, account activities, opportunities, and leads

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with past exposure to renewals. Ideally, you have some background in Account Management, Customer Success, Renewals or similar roles.
  • You are commercially driven and have a track record of successfully working towards sales quotas and targets.
  • Proven track record in communicating with decision makers and other key stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to be hands-on with your accounts.
  • Structured and data driven, with strong skills in prioritization, time management, and driving efficiency.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work both, independently as well as collaborate across the team and other functions.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Energized by a performance, fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Past experience in working with enterprise level customers is an advantage.
