Regional Business Development Lead

No Isolation is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Development Specialist to join our team in the Baden-Württemberg/Stuttgart area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth in the education sector.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively identifying and reaching out to new customers in the education sector, including schools, local education authorities, foundations, and other funding bodies.
- Developing and implementing a sales strategy for profitable growth and long-term sales partnerships in your region.
- Following up on customer inquiries to convert them into customers.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Significant B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- A structured approach and experience in solution selling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
