Om oppgaveneSom Customer Success Manager hos Eduplaytion vil du ha en sentral rolle i å sikre at våre største kunder får mest mulig utbytte av Numery. Dine primære oppgaver vil være:
- Onboarding av nye skoler: Du vil være ansvarlig for å introdusere Numery til nye skoler, og sørge for at lærere og elever får den opplæringen de trenger for å komme i gang.
- Workshops og videre kursing: Du vil holde workshops og webinarer for lærere om hvordan de kan bruke Numery på best mulig måte.
- Brukeradopsjon: Du vil jobbe aktivt med å øke brukeradopsjonen av Numery hos skolene du har ansvaret for.
- Ansvarlig for eget budsjett: Du vil være ansvarlig for at skolene i din portefølje når omsetningsmål, blant annet ved å sørge for optimal bruk og øke antall brukere.
Vi ser etter en person som:
- Er engasjert i utdanning og har et brennende ønske om å gjøre skolen til et bedre sted.
- Har god kommunikasjonsevne og er flink til å bygge relasjoner.
- Trives med å stå foran større forsamlinger.
- Er pedagogisk anlagt og har god forståelse for hvordan elever lærer.
- Har minimum 2 års erfaring fra B2B salg/account management/customer success, gjerne innen EdTech, spillbasert læring eller andre digitale løsninger.
- Er en selvstendig og resultatorientert person med god evne til å planlegge og organisere sitt arbeid.
- Har god digital kompetanse og er komfortabel med å bruke ulike verktøy og plattformer.
- Bakgrunn som pedagog er en fordel, men ikke et krav.
