We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Presail, a leading provider of Web3 investment infrastructure. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing sales strategies, and enhancing brand visibility through personalized engagement with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inbound Sales Management: Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries, guiding prospects from initial contact to closing. Conduct targeted product demos to meet the specific needs of different client personas.
  • Sales Activity Oversight: Track and analyze all sales activities, including lead volume, closing rates, and client segmentation. Use insights to refine sales strategies and boost performance.
  • Sales Playbook Creation: Develop and implement a standardized sales playbook. Tailor processes for different client types, providing clear, actionable steps for the sales team.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine the sales process to increase conversion rates and efficiency. Use tools to analyze call performance and reduce drop-offs.
  • Revenue Growth & Outreach: Execute outbound sales strategies to acquire new clients, increase revenue, and enhance brand visibility. Leverage existing relationships to expand market reach.
  • Performance Tracking: Set KPIs for sales and partnerships, create a reporting system, and regularly review metrics to adjust strategies and drive improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in business development, partnership management, or B2B sales, particularly within the Web3, blockchain, or fintech sectors.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and Web3 protocols. Familiarity with the operations of Web3 projects and investment funds is essential.
  • Analytical Ability: Proven track record in utilizing sales & customer data to develop strategies, optimize sales processes, and drive impactful results.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to identify market trends, assess competitive landscapes, and translate insights into actionable sales and partnership strategies that generate revenue.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities, ensuring seamless execution. Strong capacity to structure and maintain order across processes, ensuring consistency and clarity while making key information accessible to the rest of the business.
