About the Role

As a Business Development Manager at TD SYNNEX Norway, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth plans for VMware in specific strategic segments. You will work closely with the Hybrid Cloud team, executing the Business Unit strategy to grow profitable market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with VMware Norway to drive sales and marketing across the VMware portfolio.
  • Execute the Business Unit strategy in full alignment with the agreed strategy to grow profitable market share.
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives to optimize results.
  • Have a clear understanding of TD SYNNEX and VMware's value proposition and demonstrate ability to communicate internally and externally.
  • Interact directly with sales leaders and other team members to capture feedback and share best practice on business, technology, and process improvements.
  • Enable and support the hardware and software teams to win and grow share of wallet and maximize rebate opportunities.
  • Identify and onboard new partners/resellers and convey the VMware value proposition to onboard them as a TD SYNNEX reseller in the Norwegian market.
Requirements
  • 3+ Years of relevant work experience working with VMware.
  • Skilled relationship builder with high energy and motivation.
  • Business driven and capable of strategic thinking with strong orientation towards services and solution selling.
  • Relevant work experience, preferably in the IT industry with experience working within a matrix structure.
  • Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, both verbally and in writing.
