We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Brunswick Corporation. As a key player in our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the marine industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with dealers, and identifying new business opportunities.
  2. Dealer Network Optimization: Analyze and improve the performance of our dealer network, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  3. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity, using this information to inform business decisions.
  4. Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Mercury Marine products and services, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.

  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and practices.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Linguistic Skills: Fluency in Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
