Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Sales Development Manager and contribute to our expansion in the Norwegian market. You will be responsible for driving sales activities and ensuring maximum revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing a sales strategy to win new customer accounts in Norway.
  • Building relationships with prospective customers, evaluating their needs, and determining how M-Files can benefit their business.
  • Conducting daily online demos and onsite meetings with prospective customers to demonstrate the M-Files Solution.
  • Generating proposal agreements and negotiating complex sales cycles to close deals.
  • Coordinating with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and maximize revenue growth.
Key Requirements:
  • B2B sales experience in a technology-focused setting, preferably with a background in solution selling, particularly with document and content management systems.
  • A strong understanding of the M-Files Intelligent Information Management Software and its applications in various industries.
  • An ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience.
