\Praktisk informasjon:
\Som leder for channel-teamet i Crayon er du ansvarlig for å levere både på strategisk og operasjonelt nivå. Du vil få muligheten til å bruke din kompetanse tilknyttet salgsprosesser, salgsmetodikk samt god kjennskap til partnernettverket i Norge.
\I rollen som leder får du også jobbe som en lagbygger som veileder og utvikler teamet. For eksempel:
\- \
- Overordnet kommersielt ansvar for inntekter og utgifter i channel-avdelingen inkludert forecasting, budsjettering, overvåkning og oppfølging\
- Personalansvar for channel-teamet herunder coaching, mentoring, lønnsamtaler og kompetanseutvikling\
- Definere salgsprosesser og utvikle kommersielle konsepter innen channel\
- Drive opplæring og onboarding samt bistå under rekruttering av nyansatte\
- 3+ årers erfaring i en lederrolle hvor du har jobbet med utvikling og oppfølging av medarbeidere\
- Erfaring med salg av programvare og skytjenester er en fordel\
- Meget god forståelse av salgsprosesser og salgsmetodikk\
- God skriftlig og muntlig kommunikasjonsevne bygger gode relasjoner og jobber strukturert\
- Trygg motstandsdyktig og robust leder komfortabel i utfordrende situasjoner\
