Job Description

As the Sales Advisor at Weekday, you will be the friendly face that greets our customers and embodies the heart of our brand. Your role will be to provide high-level service to every customer, from initiating conversations to assisting at the cash desk, fitting rooms and throughout the shop floor.

  • You will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience, processing deliveries, replenishing stock and merchandising the latest garments on the shop floor.
  • Your responsibilities will include creating welcoming experiences that showcase the best of our brand, with warmth and enthusiasm guiding our customers through their journey.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a genuine interest in getting to know our customers and offering an experience and level of service to match their expectations. You should also be proactive, using your initiative to provide customers with a memorable shopping experience.

  • You will need to be curious, seeking opportunities to improve everyday processes and routines, and take proactive action where needed.
