As a leading global technology provider of high-performance visualization and collaboration solutions, we are seeking an experienced Channel Sales and Marketing Manager to join our European team.

This role will involve developing and executing channel partner programs that drive sales growth and align with our company objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our channel partners have the tools and resources necessary to effectively sell and promote our products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AV channels, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with channel partners in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth through developing and executing channel partner programs
  • IDentify and recruit new channel partners to expand our distribution network
  • Manage relationships with existing channel partners, including providing training, support, and resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure channel partners have the necessary tools and resources
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing channel partner programs
  • Deep understanding of AV channels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful channel partner programs
